Roger's career has covered all aspects of business including planning, finance, leadership and management. He has held senior board positions covering manufacturing, distribution and superannuation fund management.
A Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Roger's executive roles have focused on the food production, timber and building industries. He has over twenty five years of experience in helping businesses of all sizes achieve their goals.
Using Continuous Business Improvement, Roger recognises that the successful functioning of a business requires careful attention to all of its parts to enable businesses to secure improvements and sustain them for the long term.
